If you are like me, you don't have much time for lunch. But skipping meals is not healthy. It slows metabolism, can lead to over eating at the next meal, raises cortisol (a stress hormone), and can lead to high glucose levels after your next meal. Prepare ahead. Make your lunch the night before by making a salad. I use ziplock 2 cup round containers. You definitely want a container that has a tight fitting lid. You don't want salad dressing leaking all over the place.
Living healthy doesn't always come naturally in this world with fast food on every corner. Arm your self by planning ahead.
